Sandiana was fantastic! Although it was rainy and extremely crowded due to the festival we had a great experience. The food stops were delicious and we also learned a lot about Lucerne. I highly recommend!

We toured Lucerne with Sandiana yesterday and it couldn’t have been any better. Sandiana is fun tourist guide to be with. She is very friendly and highly knowledgeable about Lucerne. She is very accommodating to your exploring needs towards the city, taking into consideration of your style of exploring. I highly recommended to have Sandhiana as your tour guide. She is definitely the best tour guide you will have in Lucerne. Sandi was so knowledgeable and friendly. She taught us so much about the history of Switzerland and Lucerne and also gave us many recommendations for local restaurants and shops. 2 hours passed so quickly! We could have spent all day with her.

Sandiana is an enthusiastic, funny, knowledgeable guide – she was the best tour guide we had in our 3 weeks of travelling throughout Europe! This tour was a combination tour of old town plus a food tour. For the food tour, she brought samples of local treats and beverages and explained the story behind each treat. The tour also features a stop at a local lunch spot to sample other local foods. As it turns out, we had eaten dinner the previous night at the restaurant she chose, but Sandiana was a wealth of knowledge of other sites and shops that we should try while in Lucerne – all of her suggestions were outstanding.

Our guide, Sandiana, took extra measures to ensure that the tour was accessible for multiple elders in our group. She was very helpful in getting us oriented to the city, the buses, and did a lovely job presenting as we toured the city.

Our Host, Sandiana, was exceptional. She was so friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. I especially appreciated her help with the hotel when there was a problem with our room. The hotel was in a great location, so close to the train, bus, and piers! We also loved the breakfast and service we received with coffee, etc.

Our tour guide Sandiana was pleasant, very descriptive of the landmarks and history of the sites shown to us.
