Cancellations made at least 6 days before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 6 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
Failure to attend the tour (“no-show”) will result in no refund.

Swissbliss Tour may cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
