Cancellation and Refund Policy

Swissbliss TourΒ offer guided tours and experiences rather than physical products. The policy is based on cancellations rather than returns.

Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your booking up to 6 days before the scheduled tour date to receive a full refund.

If a cancellation is made less than 6 days before the scheduled tour, the booking will not be eligible for a refund.

To cancel your booking, please contact us at info@swissblisstour.com with your booking details and order confirmation.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the tour at the scheduled time and location without prior cancellation, the booking will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded.

Changes to Bookings

If you need to reschedule your tour, please contact us at info@swissblisstour.com at least 6 days before your scheduled tour, and we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability.

Cancellation by Swiss Bliss Tour

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will be offered the option to:

  • Reschedule the tour, or

  • Receive a full refund.
